Let’s twist together!

As an equestrian, the ability to move your ribcage freely is an important skill.

Remember: We must DIS-engage to RE-engage! This twisty exercise will help you move your ribcage freely, smoothly, and independently. Your ribcage (or your torso) connects your upper body to your lower body – also known as connecting your poll to your seat. When equestrians have a good connection with their own body, it improves their ability to communicate clearly and consistently to their horse.
